Ok, so I have the expensive nifty gadget, but I really am not sure what it all means, lol. I have had a CEL for a few days and a rough eratic idle, and it is really sluggish to come off of idle, when I press the gas, it hesitates a few seconds before deciding it wants to drive. I have checked the air intake system (MAF) and I did now repalce the faulty O2 sensor. So it reads all happy on my little computer thing. What is botheriong me now however is that when I am not touching the throttle the computer says the throttle is at 18% 0.95v. Is it SUPPOSED to read this at idle? Or should it be at 0.
Please let me know if anyone else knows and has messed with an Auto Xray OBD2 scanner.

According to the 1996 Ford Technical Service Publication, the MAF is supposed to be between .6-.9 V at "hot idle". I guess the next question would be, "what RPM is your car idling at?"

At idle the throttle is supposed to read 18% or .95V (or somewhere in the range of .9V)
