okay when i shift i get a jerking like when you put the car into to high of a gear and it starts hopping but its like that between shifts. i have heard of motor mount inserts that should be put in to pick up slack in mount should i just buy all new performance mounts and get them installed. and also i need to know the best shocks and spring for the price thanks guys
