Sometimes when I start the car and turn on the air conditioning I have to wait till Im down the road before it kicks in. Last year I had a recall on it and it was replaced, when I called to check on the recall I was told "sorry about your luck" but now you have to pay for it. Is this normal for a ford contour to do? It works fine once its warmed up. Also my time light was out and now thats back on. Any Suggestions?????
