Just a heads-up to anyone that got that Marauder DVD from Mercury last year.. If you still have it and don't want it, you should throw it up on eBay. I just got $24 for mine! Not bad for something I was gonna throw out.

I don't think they sold well, they have em advertised in the newspaper for $7-10K off weekly!

The car is fenominal. I test drove one and I nailed it at about 60 and was litterally jerked into the chari buy the forces. The vehicle has awesome acceleration when its moving and its very comfortable.

I have one of those DVD's. I'm happy to hear I'll be $24 richer very soon

Yeah, they did pretty poor sales wise. Ford is discontinuing them after next year I believe.

Sad, it's a very unique car with presence.

i like the marauder it loks good. but i would preffer a impala ss when it comes to big body american sedans. i had read in a magazine that it was suppose to come wiht 20's but i guess they didnt want to do that. maybe if it was stick it would have got more buyers interested or a supercharger option. maybe it should of had a ford badge. maybe it came to late and the impala ss beat it to the market of big pwer sedan fans. it would have gave the ss good competition if they cam out during the same time. the maruauder has a more powerfull engien but i dont know if its quicker than the ss

Thats to bad. It a cool looking car. Of course I dont think it would be that hard to make a clone for half the price.

The ultimate problem with the car was the lack of power.. Make a bad-ass looking car, give it something to back up those looks. Instead, a V6 6-speed Accord could outrun it in the 1/4.

I did see 2 of them over the past few weeks, which are the first 2 I've ever seen.. They are wicked looking, I'll give 'em that. But as someone else said, you could probably pimp out a Grand Marquis for alot cheaper than that.

this thing got great reviews though...so of course it's getting discontinued haha
i think it has to do w/ the small/niche market

I'm 17 and wouldn't take anything smaller than a contour. Except for a 2 seater performance car, but that's a lot different.
