Replacing my RCA's with some quality ones and my choices are 6m or 4m. I'm thinking 4m will be fine, routed under the sill plate/carpet on drivers side but the price difference isn't much. I'd prefer not to tuck an extra 6ft of wire under the seat.
3.28 feet in a meter
4m = 13ft 6m = 20ft

Just a heads up.. you don't really need to replace your RCAs... the cheap Radio shack ones work just as well as expenisve name brand ones...

Sorry, i'm done, but that was funny. I think i'd use 6m just to be safe in case you ever need to do some strange wiring but i like wires.

I used 4M and ran them down the center of the vehicle. I had plenty of cable left over afterwards. If I had ran them down the side of the vehicle I would have wanted to go with the 6M just to be safe.
On a related note, I have that set of 3 4M Knukonceptz RCA's forsale if you're interested give me a PM or Email.

Make your own RCA patch cables.
I've heard of people cutting up a Cat5 patch cord (one with stranded wire) and using that to make a twisted pair RCA cable. All you have to do is solder RCA plugs on each end, and there are 4 pairs so you can use one cable for 4 channels. Cost to make one should be well under $10.
Or you can use RG58 coax (available from Radio Shack if you don't have any thin ethernet coax cables). It's 20 cents a foot and probably much better than what the average RCA patch cable is made with.
