A friend of mine glazed his clutch pretty bad last night. Alot of chatter and vibration when engaging first and a soft pedal, but the real problem is that now he can not select second or fourth gear(the shifter will not go into the postion). All other gears are hard to select, a good amount of effort is required too select first, third and fifth. I could not find a situation exacly like this in my search i was wondering what your thoughts are on this, draging clutch, shift fork? I would like him too have an idea of the posibilities before he goes in too have it looked at.
Any ideas or thoughts would be appriciated.

It is entirely possible that he destroyed his clutch, but under the circumstances I would check the motor mounts and roll restrictors. You may well find that the chatter is really the engine bouncing around and that the shift linkage is out of location due to tilt of the engine.
