Screw the poll. Just let me know. Black SVT and getting big brake kit. Only i can't decide if i want to get the calipers in black or red. I would say black, because it would match with the car, but the reds say "look at my big brakes", and remind me of the brakes on the boxsterS, 911turbo, etc., versus the boxster, carrera, etc.

Well?

Good point...
Are you going for a red color scheme? (engine bay, strut bar, center caps on wheels, trim, anything?) I definitely would in that case.

Stock wheels? If no, what color/style wheels?

Maybe you should hit the Pics/Videos and request a Photoshop. laugh

I'd want to show that big of a purchase off! And yes, the red reminds me of the Porsche caliper too! laugh

I'd say if you want to show it off, not that it won't attract attention anyway, go for the red. But Pete has a good point on the color scheme thing. With the black car, you are safe going either way.

Got pictures of either? Just to better imagine the look?

I think if it were my decision, even on silver, I'd do red. smile But look at me, you know I like flashy, my calipers are blue! laugh

I think that Black is better IMHO, that's what I'm doing wink Reason being that black calipers will always look good, even when they are dirty and full of brake dust. Red will look cool when clean, but not as much when dirty.

Just my $.02

Go with red, might as well have something that says "look at me"
unless of course you want to stay in cognito as a sleeper...

If you're using red anywhere else on the car, I'd say do the red calipers. Red and Black go so well together. Otherwise, just do the black.
