I hope this helps you... check for short in red wire feeding power to F37... it feeds from F3 in your auxillary fusebox...the other end would be your heater/blower relay which is also in your Main fusebox.

does the motor heat up after it starts up and then the bearings heat up and slow it down and then the fuse blows?? to find out you can put an amprobe meter on one of the wire leads(you just put the snap on front clamp over one wire) and watch how many amps are pulled through the wire.....
if the motor is suppose to be pulling x number of amps and it pulls x+ amps then that is whats blowing the fuse......
harbor freight and places like that sell the cheap amp meters that you clip onto the wire for about $10.00.. i got a good one i bought at a flea market for $6.00, kinda beat up but works great(Amprobe Jr.)......

I can't remember if it was fuse 37 for me or not but I had a similar problem and I would lose temp control. I would even hear the snap of the of fuse when it blew. It took me ages to find it....but I did find it.

In my case it was definately a short...

The culprit...

In the trunk, on the hinge arm...looking in the trunk it was on the left side, you will see the wiring harness that connects to it for the rear lights etc. There was a plastic tie holding the harness to the arm. Because of the motion of opening and closing the trunk, the plastic tie wore thru the protective wire casing to show bare wire...eventually this bare wire caused a short by melting the wire casings next to it therefore coming into contact with another bare wire....causing the short.

When my fuse blew, I lost cruise, all temp control, turn indicators, reverse lights. But it was the reverse lights that caused the short. All these ran thru the same fuse.

But like I said, not sure if this is the same fuse as yours.

Fuses blow for a good reason...to protect you. So don't keep putting fuses in unless you fix the problem.

I have had enough 'experiences' in my life with corroded wire harnesses, exploding batteries, and other such things that I take no chances any more. Hopefully you heed the advise of someone whose lost 1 of their 9 lives and have enough spare to tell others to mend their wanys!
