I know this is a short notice, but, I am heading up a cruise and family outing day for our local sports car club. It is on Sunday, October 5, 2003. We will leave our home, 524 Glendale St., Owatonna, MN at 10:00am, heading south, and meeting with a few other people at The Windmill Truck Stop on I-90, at Dexter, MN. Leaving there at 11:00 for Wykoff and stopping in Lanesboro, MN. We had planned to visit a small private car collection along the way, but that has been canceled. Lanesboro is a nice small town in the hills that has many small shops, a winery, that is open on Sunday, hiking and bike trails. We will be driving on county roads, no gravel, but very scenic. Stay as long as you like in Lanesboro. Park the car, and walk the town. So far we only have a small group of about 5 cars, so it is not a large convoy,. . . yet. You do not need a sports car to join us. We will be driving our 2 SVT Contours. If you have a Contour, join us to show Lanesboro that not only vettes come to town. Any questions, let me know.
