OP HoosierContour_dup1 Veteran CEG\'er H Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 624 Near Myrtle Beach, SC	I have a job interview in Charlotte, NC. I can live in either NC or SC. Does either have emissions testing? Can the Contour pass with headers and no main cat? Thank. Sold 1998 Contour LX 13.868 sec 1/4 mile time. Two years of rental cars, seriously. Holding out for 07 Cobra Mustang.

dluv New CEG\'er D Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 28	Hey man Mecklenburg county is where Charlotte is and yes they do have emmission tests. They are probably the most strict in the state. I live here and have heard they will be making some more laws in years to come that might not be good for us enthusiasts. The reason is that Charlotte has one of the highest pollution ratings in the country-don't ask which pollutant that would be.
