I was doing some reading and was suprised to learn that people put polyfill and plastic bags (not at the same time) in their doors foor sound insulation purposes. Im not too concerned with the sound of my stereo, i would just like it quieter in the car. Ive sprayed with roadkill and that helped, but now i would like to do one of the above.

My question is, how do you put them in without it iterfering with the power window? Thanks
Ryan

Polyfil i can understand but i have never heard about plastic bags. If you havent sprayed or covered you headliner start there, thats one of the main interior noise spots. Then buy something like dynamat but cheaper and do the doors. I bought some stuff from jcwhitney that i did my trunk with and the rear shelf for sound damping and it worked great.

The plastic bags-filled doors were mentioned - IIRC -by "Cool Blue Mystique" a long while ago.. although there may have been others who tried that.
