Hey guys! I would love a pair of angel eyes for my tour.. does anyone know if they exist or were made for us pre tours? Where? How much? Help me really love those front lights. I've seen them on a SVT they look great, and headers for my tour too. any info??

On a pre98 without major modification to the lens, I don't see it being possible. Also what engine do you have?

There is word that kaotic will be making projector for the pre 98 crowd. Perhaps then, angel eyes could be inserted.

why can't someone just make clear style headlights for pre98s like the 98+'s have? Is there something to it other than just making the lense clear?

Also changing the way the bulb is and the reflectors because on pre98s the lens disperses the light in a certain way, just change the lens, and it won't work worth a crap at night. Change to projectors and different lens though, and it'll work.

Maybe Kaotic ought to finish what they've started...of course w/ the deposits they have, they could make a set for their "shop car"...c'mon prove me wrong.
I know alot of people would like an answer here...only "perhaps" then it would be possible to "insert" something "somewhere"...

Yes they could spend all the deposit money on other things and then there would be no money to produce kits for anyone in the GB, good idea.

The only way I could see angle eyes being possible for a pre-98 would be to open the housings and insert custom acrylic rings into the lamps and then reseal. The drawbacks would be it would hurt light output in some areas and they wouldnt be crystal clear like they are on the BMWs. The lens would disperse the light just like it disperses the light from the headlamp bulb. City lights would be a better choice for a pre-98 and they dont hurt light output (I had them before the projector swap). I had the LEDs facing directly at the bulb from the bottom of the housing, figuring that when it hit the filament it would help to spread the light.

Zetec MTX 2.0 16v. So it's imposible to do this right? Someone should come out with something for us pretours,

Any focus header will fit your engine, with modification, mainly to the downpipe.
