My CV joints are clicking so I have two rebuilt axles coming in. Should I do the wheel bearings now too? Any pitfalls to be aware of swapping out the axles? Thanks,

DIY, I have replaced half-shafts in other cars. I have a good selection of hand and air tools and tech manuals, I was just wondering if anyone had done it and had any advice to share.

Previous non-Contour experience irrelevant you'll find, and put away the air tools. Proper pullers and press necessary. Suggest you do search and read a few old posts, I'll add threads to this post if I get a chance, now that the site is back up. Re wheel bearing, note post by Terry Haines : http://www.contour.org/cgi-ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=007608&p= Drive shaft; Humourous in mis-communication at times, but again note posts by Terry Haines http://www.contour.org/cgi-ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=007551&p= Hope this helps.
