My bumpers have lost their shine due to the weathering/highway driving/etc... Now my question is, since wax isn't working, how can I fix this? Will a rubbing compound be too abrasive? Is polishing compound only for scratches and stuff of that nature? Will trying either of these two ruin my bumper? Its not that noticeable, but when my car is in the bright sun and you pay attention, it looks kinda poor.
