The job is straightforward under certain conditions. First, it helps if you remove the motor mount that's above the belt. This gives you access. Wedge some kind of support under the oil pan to hold up the engine while the mount is off. Alternately, I think you can jack the car up and access it from beneath.
The tensioner has a half inch square socket, I think, to allow you to twist the spring to de-tension it and slip the belt off, so a half-inch socket wrench or breaker bar is good to have. Once the belt is out of the way, I think it's just one large bolt that holds the tensioner on... 16mm? 19mm? 22mm? I forget.
