Wife's 95 contour with the 2.5 thrashed a water pump, put on a new one now the low fluid light is on and stays on and it is not low. They guys at Ford said it might have air in the system. Now how can I get the air out if that is the problem?that car has the most screwed up cooling system I have ever seen.there must be 10 ft of hoses

Add coolant 1.5 inches above the full mark on the reservoir and that'll solve it. (hopefully)

You'll need to run the car for awhile, take a short drive and then check level again. Air in system will work its way out.

But remember, ALWAYS keep level 1.5 inches above max line and your low coolant light will stay off. Bad design on Furd's part. Yes I said FURD!
