i coudn't change the color- i'm not sure exactly why (i don't have a full version of photoshop, maybe that's why). if anyone could help me out and change this to a DARK blue, like midnight blue, that'd be awesome **PIC**

what I do is select the area i want colored, desaturate, then use the hue/saturation or one of the other methods to change the color.

since it was a white car. I used a paint bucket and choose hard light feature. I left the opacity at 100%, if you lower it some the picture probley come out a little better
