Haha a proper post on the subject. I have a Duratrax Max St Pro which has a .16 and a 2 speed. I don't actually race ... just drive around for fun. The nearest offroad nitro races that I know of are in Hamilton which I plan to attend next year. Mark, with a good driver and tough track an electric car can compete with nitro. And Wes I think yours is a Kyosho (MK II), right?

Yeah but not with the electric motor I have. I'd like to do a Nitro car but I don't play enough with this one to justify building one of those.

Maybe I'll have to talk to the wife. We are supposed to be camping but it is possible as we should be off the site by 2:00 pm on Sunday.

I race nitro rc... I have a Mugen MTX-2 which is pretty decent i just suck at racing.....i also have my hpi rs4-2 which i may sell. this is a great parking lot car and tonnes of fun...i havent thought of selling it but if i did i would have to put some work into it to make it road ready...anyway the race this weekend (sunday) is in streetsville at hobby hobby....should be a hoot....

Oh right Hobby Hobby races on their parking lot. Too bad it's only for road cars. I think I should get some pavement tires 'cause my offroad tires shred on pavement ... oh yes and there's little traction haha.
What fuel do you all use? I use Sidewinder 20% nitro 16% oil.
