Those are some of the best pics I have seen in a while. Brullen Exhaust - mmmm
Funny thing is, I was jut looking at the CTA car with the gunmretal rims, and now after looking at yours with the E1's I can't decide which I like better
One question - your car is lowered and you have 225's, what have you done to avoid rubbing issues?
Oh - almost forgot - what kind of shifter is that with the silver reverse ring? Me likey

00ContourSE - I don't think I've ever been a desktop... I'm flattered. AK - best pics you've seen in a while? I'm flattered again! I'm really lovin' the E1s as well. To answer your questions: 1) I have done nothing, as I don't have rubbing. The 225/ 45 has a smaller overall diameter than the 215/50 and the 225/50 tires. And, I don't think 10mm (225 vs. 215) is enough to cause rubbing issues in our cars. I haven't pushed the car too hard around the corners since I've put the new tires on, but I'm confident I would have noticed rubbing by now if it were to be an issue. 2) It's the OBX short shifter w/ the stock knob. I like it, too.

I say best in a while because the angles and the scenery are excellent. It makes the car look that much more appealing. Rubbing ... I'm wondering if there would be an issue when taking a hard corner with 4 people in the car and a trunk full of stuff So the OBX shifter comes with that chrome ring? I think the crome ring w/balck knob looks alot better than the chrome knob I have now. And I do have a clip of someone's Brullen system - it's a quicktime video of a car driving off into a sunset. Is that yours by chance?

Rubbing with 225's seems to be a hit or miss proposition. I have 225/45/17 falkens and they rubbed in the rear. Now of course I do have a 1 inch larger dia rim than you, and I'm sure that makes a difference here. But from what I've read in the past even with 17's it's hit and miss as to whether or not you will rub. Nice lookin ride though.

Just checked out your gallery pics. Beautiful scenery!! The rocky coast of Maine and the ocean aren't the only good backdrops! I hope you don't take the mountains and deserts for granted like some of us do the ocean and forests here.

AK - that's my video Shawn - Hit and miss seems to be all-too-common on our cars! Some win, some lose. I bet I would rub w/ 5 people in the car w/ a trunk load of stuff, but I'll avoid that situation at all costs. midcoast - I definately don't take it for granted! In fact, it's the only thing that keeps me sane! NM can really be barron at times, but there's a lot of beauty out here, too. BTW, Maine is on my list of states that I badly want to see. Is late summer a good time to come? I'm already planning out next summer!

I have 225/50/15 ES100s and I get mad rub whenever I take a real hard corner or have someone in the backseat. HOWEVER if I could either shave off like a 1/4 inch of that lip of my rear fenders, or somehow bend them up, I'd be golden. Of course, I'm certain this is all because my wheels have a extra 10mm offset, which sticks them out from the car about a 1/2 inch more than stock. If I could get that 1/2" back, I'm sure there'd be no more rub. I'm suprised those with 225 rubber and a stock offset for their wheels still get rub?
