You will probably get 2 very different numbers. I just had mine replaced. Some shops will want to replace the whole hub assembly with a bearing in it (Half of the Ford dealers i have spoke with and half the outside shops I have heard of) which will present in the $500 range for 1 wheel bearing.
The best option is to find a shop to pull the hub and tap out the old bearing and press a new one in. $140-$180. I had mine done in a day by a good local shop for $150 for parts and labor (the bearing alone is around $40).
Or you could attempt to do it yourself in which case your in it for a bearing and a length of steel tube the same diameter as the outer race of the bearing (used to tap and press the bearing in with).

I get mine done free under the very useful Ford Warranty up to 150000km. It seems all I gotta do is complain about some noise and WHAMO they change parts.
Of course the water pump is over kill at 3x in 3 years. This is why the EWP is a good idea!!

Not to get off topic but who is going to spend $400 + fabrication when you can spend $70 on a WP with a metal impeller?

...And now back to our regularly scheduled topic.... Some NAPA stores have machine shop service and will put a new bearing into a steering knuckle for about $80, parts and labor. Getting the knuckle off the car is a fair amount of work, so if you can find a shop to do the whole job for $150, it would be worth it. Rear bearings are also about $40, but swapping out the rear hub/bearing assembly is a piece of cake compared to the front.

Two hours labor + bearing cost would be the norm. Unusual for both to go at same time. No labor savings by doing both at the same time and they do not have to be replaced in pairs.

Im having the same problem... But the guy that was looking at mine just told me I need to replace the axle nut... It's only $5 so I'm not worried about it, but why is that necessary?

I changed my left side for safe measure last April when I did the axle assy. Getting the knuckle off/on is a real SOB!!! So $150 sounds pretty good. The bearing was about $40 and the shop ripped me off for $50 removing the old one/pressing the new one.
