I have a 95 2.5L V6 Contour. My CEL has been coming on sporadically. Sometimes I can drive without it ever coming on and other times it stays on for days. I checked the codes. In the KOEO test I got a 1-1-1 or ok. In the memory I get a 3-3-2. I know this has something to do with the EGR. What is this and what do I need to do?

If you have never removed the throttle body from the intake manifold I suggest you do it. Tons of carbon will build up in the passages on the intake side and start upsetting the EGR flow. There are three ports connected to one passage. Use carb cleaner and a toothbrush. Run a piece of mechanics wire down the tube where it attaches to the manifold to knock the rest loose and wash away.

i had same problem and i ended up changing the egr valve and the exhaust gas pressure differential sensor. no more cel after that.
