As of late I've noticed a "humming" sound coming from the general direction of the passenger side of the engine compartment. This happens both when I'm using my vents/AC/heater or if I'm not. It's intermittent, but noticeable to say the least.

Any suggestions as to the culpret would be greatly appreciated.

Does it make the sound when your not moving. Sounds like it could be belt or pulley noise or maybe just PS pump noise due to low PS fluid. Pop the hood and see if you can isolate the noise by reving the engine a little while listening. Moosing typically would be coming from the air intake hoses etc. on the drivers side of the engine bay.
