Anyone done the aftermarket fuel filler door (one in chrome or brushed chrome?) what's on the market, what fits, what's the price? Appreciate any info.
And yes, did a search and didn't come up with much

The Mustang Bullitt door fits nicely. I paid $60 for mine from another CEGer.

search the forum archives. i think i got my chrome bullitt door for like $30 but i don't remember. whatever you do, DO NOT buy the chrome one. someone did a REALLY crappy job chroming mine and it's all coming off and it really doesn't look all that good anymore. still better than stock, but not that good. i'm going to try and find a stock, brushed aluminum one. hopefully that won't corrode in under 6 months...

My brushed aluminum door is 2 years old, and it still looks like I just bought it. I dont think I have even seen a chrome one.

I need to find where I can get a replacement notch for my fuel door. Someone forced it open to steal my gas, scratched up the paint, and broke the notch of the release off. For now, I ghetto-rigged a piece of a coat hanger that is doing a great job at holding it. I miss pulling the release to open the door, where do you think I could get this replacement? It looks sooo much worse in person. Camera does no justice for everything.

that sucks. if one were a gas theif why would one not simply move on to the next car sans gas lock????
i'll get some pics of my gas cap and post them. it looks like a$$. oh the torx bits are rusting where i torqued them also. not that i torqued them that much...
i got it for wicked cheap though (maybe $35?). hope i can find who sold it to me and try to get the brushed one.
oh yeah, and that BAT one is super nice but who would spend that much on a gas cap??
