i'm looking into installing a dmd with alt/PS udp. would the two of these cancel out each other or would i be getting the smoothness of the dmd but the udp's would correct any power loss or "slowing down" effect of the dmd. i just don't want to piss some hard earned money down the tubes. now i know i can probably eventually find this in a search. i did a search but there has been so much crap on these two things that i just couldn't handle looking through all of this. any help would be appriciated.

i'm also not looking for opinions on if the dmd is bad/good, or same with the udp's. just need to know if the dmd/udp setup is good or a waste of money.

Yes, you can do this without any negative effects. It has not been proven that the dmd loses any power. In fact, many believe it may actually gain power from the lack of harsh engine vibration.

ok thanks. actually my comp has been down for the past few weeks so i haven't been on lately. i figured it was mostly opinion based just wanted to see if there were any facts or anyone running the set up and their experience with it. i'll run the search again and sift through it all again.
