Anybody gone through this before and have any tips to perhaps lessen my curses at Ford's Engineering Department? mercman_dup1 CEG\'er M Joined: Oct 2000 Posts: 463 Long Island NY	Take it out as a unit, I can only comment on the V6 but it wasn�??t too hard. When pulling the axles some people like to remove the hubs and even the entire strut assy as a unit. This avoids possible spindle thread damage and avoids having to press the shaft out of the hub. jeff jeff have you fixed your ford lately?
