What do I need to make MIL Eliminators for my car? I believe they are just resistors, does anyone know the value of resistor(s) that I need?

Thanks!

I talked to the tuner who did my chip, and he said he can turn my O2's off with it. So...I am going to have that done instead. Maybe I'll build these things anyway just for fun haha.
