1131 & 1519
1131- Intake manifold runner control valve

1519- Upstream O2 sensor not switching

Is one caused by the other ?
Can I fix this/these myself ?
Any advise will be much appreciated

Disconnect your Battery for a FULL 5 minutes.
See if the CEL comes back.

o2 sensor is probably shot.
