Front end:

****IM WHITE I CANT SPELL OR DANCE****
Remove wheel wells (Pliers, and a socket. I cant remmeber the size 3/16ths?)
Then take the sucker off Its held on by 4 bolts, 2 on each side, then 3 under the front end 1 on each side and 1 in the middle"

REAR:

Take out wheel wells

Remove 2 bolts one of each side, inner side of the bumper in the wheel well area(Torx, real small bit)

Remove 4 bolts *Lay under the middle of the car to see them*

Goto each side, push forward pull out
Pull off

To put back on do the same.

Werd, shouldn't take more than an hour, took me 30 mins to take it all apart so I say 1 hour to rebuild.

Tho dont go faster than neccessary you may break something... after all IT IS FORD!
