Well here is the problem. I have a 95' v6 auto contour. When I start it up it idles ok as soon as I start to give it gas and drive it misses and does not want to go. If I leave my foot about half throttle it slowly starts to get faster and faster until it is completly cleared up. I have changed the plugs, wires, and the coil pack. I have also sprayed starting fluid all around the intake plenum when cold to find a gasket leak the engine did not change its idle so no leak. So far nothing has worked and it still has the problem. It runs perfect after it has gone about 700 feet. I have only gotten a check engine light once and not again, even though it still continues to happen when cold. The code for the light was loss of ignition circuit. What could the problem be? Help me guys!

Have you cleaned the MAF wires?
Cleaned the throttle body?
Anyone played with the stop screw on the throttle body? This will upset the mixture a little.
What is the fuel pressure cold/hot engine?
The code you got is (probably a 543) means the engine stalled, so the system shut down - safety circuit.
If the fuel and ignition is up to par, I would scan it when cold to see what the temp. sender is telling the ECU the engine temperature is. Maybe it is running a warm engine cycle?
I think if you had a vacuum leak another code like lean bank 1 & 2 will pop up when the engine is warm.

My dear friend, your Catalic converter may and probably is shot, - the best way to check is to hook it up to a computer, if it won't show you a code, then you take the cat off and see what happens.
