Usually no. I remember someone in the past offering it with a "kit" but usually it is just the unit.

go to the FAQ, all required parts are listed there. . .need two sets of diff bearings, an output shim kit, and some other stuff I Can't remember. . .you'll need to get it from Ford for sure. . .

No. SHO Shop sells a 'kit'. I think its roughly $100. I do remember hearing something about it while back on the negative side. I bought it when I purchased my LSD through them.

Yeah, when I bought my Quaife from ShoShop, it took them 2 months to get it to me and their $100 install kit consisted of ONE new diff bearing, two output seals and one wrong shim that wasn't even for the MTX-75. What a rip off SHO Shop is and I'll never do business with them or buy their products again!!

Yeah don't bother with SHO-Shop. I surprisingly got them to overnight a Quaife to me. As for the Shim Kit, go through Ford, they will be able to get everything you need. The shims my guy used were from spare set he had laying around for a Mustang. They are a test and fit kind of thing so the kit SHO-Shop sells could possibly be a little off. And it will be cheaper through Ford as well.
