Ok, take what mrspindlelegs said with a grain of salt.
They are good ideas, but overkill for the most part.
~There are plenty of people who have the stock water pump with high mailge with no problems whatsoever.
~Forget the oil accumulator - just put in a little more than 6 quarts of oil and you should be fine. AFAIK no one has had oil starvation running with 6 quart minimum.
The hoodliner keeps a lot of heat in the engine bay, removing it lets the engine stay a little cooler.
Plus it allows you to hear your engine and intake better.
