I am coming up on another oil change and I was wondering if you guys had tried Berrymans in the oil? I have used it twice in my fuel tank with good results (better mileage and throttle responce). They say you can put it in the oil to remove the carbon/gunk in the crankcase. Any thoughts?

That's only to be done RIGHT before you dump the oil, AND you should not load the engine AT ALL (i.e. try and drive it with that stuff circulating around) or you'll fugg it up ROYALLY!

It works just like any other engine flush:

Dump it in the oil, run the car at idle for 5-10 minutes. dump the oil, remove the oil filter and refill with new oil and new filter.

aren't you supposed to run it through the brake vaccum line running into the uim.. or does putting it in the oil does the same thing?

Same effect...different result.

The UIM method cleans your UIM/LIM and where ever your fuel/air goes.

The crankcase method cleans your pan/oil galleries/bottem end...where ever your oil goes.
