When the wheels are straight the steering wheel is turned left about five-ten degrees... I have a manual but it's not very detailed and the last thing I want to do is have the airbag go off. Any tips?

Get your alignment checked. Your toe is incorrect. Don't worry about the airbag going off it has nothing to do with the alignment.

Hmm didn't think a simple wheel alignment would solve that but I guess you're right. Thanks man!
