I think I'll bring my new PowerBook G4 (1 GHz ) to the next meet I attend for people to play around with.

The problem with America is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment
for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety
labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Boss just got rid of his Titanium for the 12 PB G4. He actually just asked if he should upgrade his work machine (Cube!!) to a G5!!!
Sadly, 98% of all its power would go to waste as all he does is email. :-(

Had a PC once about 10 years ago and hated it. A computer buddy talked me out of buying an "evil" mac because of all the usual stupid arguments that are still floating around today. Eventually got rid of it and replaced with a mac, then another, now an iMac. I'd like to get a G5 but not right now....no cash available.

My friend is buying a G5 Dualie as soon as they arrive at the Apple Store in Rockingham Park. He's contemplating an Apple 17" display with it. Fortunately though that power won't go all to waste
