It's crazy, gas went up another nickel!! Last I filled, it was $1.66! The previous fillup was at $1.41! I hate all the gas companies, it's rediculous to charge that much. Down here, in Tucson, I check TucsonGasPrices.com ~joe

Try on $2.19 for size! That is what I paid this morning. I would love it if it were $1.66, that is about the average across the country except for Phoenix. Some people paid upwards of $4.00 / gal. yesterday!

Plus, its not just the fact that its 2.20 a gallon, its the fact that you have to wait 1.5 hours just to get gas. I never realized how much gas owns my life until now.

It's completely insane is what it is!! Filled up this morning and waited about 15 mins or so. Was listening to the radio and they listed off places that had gas and where lines were long so that was a plus instead of driving around aimlessly hoping to spot a line of cars waiting on gas. Was $2.19 for premium!!!
Let's hope this state never has a "major" crisis... we'd all be dead...

Dude, consider 15 minutes REALLY lucky. Id be lucky to wait an hour around here. I actually havent touched my contour yesterday, today, and I dont plan to tomorrow. Ive been able to get around getting rides because im not even sure if I have enough gas to get to a station thats actually open.
