Just wanted to say a quick hello. I have the dreaded 4-cyl auto and want to start modding it a bit. What do we jusggest chip-wise? Diablo or SC? Intake?

I've searched through so I know whats out there but I'd like personal opinions!

Anyway, about me...I'm a moderator over at 300zxclub.com I live in Las Vegas and am starting up my own company. I like to get involved in the various clubs although for whatever reason, the F-body (camaro, firebird) people are jerks! lol

Anyway, here I am! LOL

Ha! Thank you! Its my hobby, albiet expensive one I guess you could say. The Mystique is going to be my daily driver more or less. But after taking a trip out in the desert...108 or whatever the limiter is on it wasn't enough. I had pickups passing me! LOL!!

Well...the 4 cyl and auto is what I said dreaded about...if it was manual I think it would be better. I have a hard time keeping up with traffic out here in the desert! LOL.

yup, the ATX or as it is affectionately known here, the slushbox, is a little on the lagging side. However, there are a few here that are toying with said slushie to see if they can make it perform better. One of those people is Phil (unisys12). He has been thru QUITE a lot on the ATX tranny and can probably take you around the block on its traits.

The SuperChip by all accounts seems to be the better choice, you will want to double check and specify where they will move the rev and speed limiters to as well. CTA is the best already fabbed and ready to install intake, however, you can make some of the other units that are out there fit. Just takes a little fabbing and you are done!

Welcome to CEG!
Bring the tour to NOPI! There are a few threads started. If you are going, post and I will update the list.
