First I am trying to find a 75mm throtle body for my 2.0 zetec contour gl, will the focus ones work? And if so can you still hook a cta cold air intake to them? My friends say that it might not fit? I am not sure so i am throwing the question at you guys.

Do you have an exhaust header? If not thats what you should get. You will hear and feel the power increase more. The throttle body should fit if the engine is the same. My opinion

There are no aftermarket (larger) throttle bodies that are a direct fit to our car.
The Focus ones can be made to fit, but a few custom brakets will need to be fabricated.
An optimized throttle body is the best option.
