I wanted to know what type of fuses should I use in 2 amp system. I will be using a two channel amp @ 300 watts bridged and a four channel amp @ 65 watts each channel. What fuses size will I need for the in-line fuse and the two fused distribution block outputs?

Are the amps fused themselves? Don't use a fused distribution block if your amps have onboard fuses. By adding more fuses you will also have a voltage drop with each additional fuse.

And are those Max power levels?

I'm running a T757 (750W max, or about 300W continuous), an F407 (140Wx4 max or 75W continuous), and a QX2180 with a 100A fuse

The amps are 40A, 40A and 20A respectively and so far I haven't popped the 100A fuse or come close to building enough heat to start a fire.

I ran the same thing through a 60A fuse and never managed to pop it either.

I bought a new 1200w amp and poped a 40amp fuse. The fuse was between the battery and the amp. I had to buy a 60amp fuse. Haven't poped it yet!

The Main fuse at the battery should be the sum of you adding the 2 Amp's ratings together.

I'd say the 300 should be a 40A.
The 4-Way should be a 50A.

So go with a 80A or 100A.
Only think is that AGU fuses only go to 80A.

I'm running an 80A main for a 1000 WATT RMS mono block and then a second 80A between the Cap and the Amp.

On the block you can go with the fuses that match the Amps. Or just 2 50A fuses.
