Forget the Mustang MAF, but a GT throttle body from a Mustang 96 and up will work with some modification to the TB required.
Mind you, this should be on the end of you list of mods as it'll hurt your low end unless you have already done the intake, headers (optional), y-pipe, cat-back exhaust and chip.
