I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to replace a burnt out fog light bulb. I have the Chilton'sguide, and it says to take of the radiator deflector. I'm not a mechanic, but I do see a black piece of plastic under the radiator that uses torx head bolts. Do I take all of these out, or is there an easier way to go about things? 95 Contour SE MT, V6

Yes, that is the radiator deflector, but if your car is the same as mine, it has a little plastic square on both sides of the deflector that you can remove to access the fog light without removing the whole thing. IMHO, it is not that hard to remove the deflector, you might as well just do that.

There is enough room to get your hand up through the little square maintenance doors on each side of the panel to change the bulbs. The bulbs just pull out with about a 1/4 turn counter clockwise. Take a peak with a flashlight to see where everything is and then just reach in and give it a twist/pull, nothing to it. (I've done it in a walmart parking lot wearing a suit. )
Edit: Replace the fog light bulb I mean

I am lost my foglight just twisted off from underneath, I put a new bulb in the socket, and then put it back in. It was (almost) easy as cake. When I was putting it back in the hole, it took a lot of twisting power. So what are we talking about with radiator covers or something????

The SVT 'tours have a large plastic delector to force air through the radiator, not spill out around it, and that deflector covers the entire underside of the front of the engine compartment, keeping you from getting to the foglights, radiator drain plug, oil filter, etc.
Those retainer plug things that keep the access door in place are hard as snot to get out... i think taking the entire deflector down would be easier
