That cobra R belongs to a friend of Shaggy, I got to it close up at a local car show and it is coooool! Completely raced out, the interior is gone, but its look so good and I'm sure it's very fast...

Sweet! Good Pics, how did the Cougar do compared to the SVT?

In retrospect, it was all downhill from here. RIP, CEG.

Compared to the 3liter SVT, on the straights, he ate me up. in the turns I rode him, several factors lead to this I'm on R-compound tires and koni's help with my ST200 rear Strut brace..
Eitherway it was fun, I liked following him, being my first time out, I like to see other peoples lines. I should have a video soon...as soon as I find space to put it.

Very nice indeed. Looks FUN!
I have to ask about the tape on the headlights though. What purpose does it actually serve? Protection?

rock + untaped headlight = sharp plastic crap all over the track
rock + taped headlight = shattered headlight possibly but no one else will blow a tire over it

Yeah, Ken's the Activities Director for the NJ-SVTOA. He's a really good guy with too many cars.
