does any one have a link or some basic instruc. on how to replace the stock grilles (upper and lower) in an 98+ 'tour.

theres a very detailed how to on here... but basically, take grille off car, dremel around the "melted/fused" screws, carefully seperate the chrome ring from the backing, cut out the plastic grill, sand down, cut out your gutter guard/chicken wire/i used door-guard ($15), and somehow find a way for it to stay together- i pinched the mesh in between oval ring and the backing then drilled a screw perpendicular to the tabs you dremmeled around. good luck.
