So I finally get my cap wired and went to charge it. It's a 1-farad cap from KnuKonceptz and I used the included resistor. Car was running, clip power from battery to resistor to positive terminal on cap. Ground is hooked up. It ran and ran for 15-20 minutes and nothing ever showed up on the display. The only thing I could see was the little red light on the top of the cap that lit up when there was power. Should it really take this long? And shouldn't I see the voltage trickle up as it charges? Thanks.

So what's the little red light supposed to mean? Anything special?
