Well, after waiting way too long for my FSVT front brake kit, I finally received them today! (3 months later!!!)

I'll be painting and installing them sometime this week. Should be quite the improvement over my factory Mystique brakes... I think they will be filling in my 18" Enkei RS5's a little better too...

Just wanted to share the news... Getting them put me in a good mood.

Update: I painted the calipers, and installed the FSVT brakes today. Didn't get to put them through their paces yet, (still breaking them in), but I allowed myself one brisk stop from 30 mp/h. MUCH better stopping power than stock. They look a lot better too...

Yeah they are definitley worth the money. I actually cycled the ABS from highway speed today (not intentionally!). I need to paint the calipers though...they don't look so hot any more.

1999 Silver Frost SVT #609 of 2760 Quaife, lightened SVT Flywheel, SPEC stage II clutch, removed resonator, k&n drop in - various other goodies too.
