Lo all, I have a friend who has a '96 LX, he is the same person who had the alternator charging problem I wrote about recently, anyway, It stopped charging lately, when he went to pull the release to open the hood, nothing happened.

Long story short, the cable snapped under the hood. Anyone out there have any ideas on how to get into the engine compartment to fix this issue?

I have had the same problem with mine....unfortunately I had to have it taken in and have mine replaced...then recently had to take it back in to have it adjusted. I know it sux....but I dont know how to get it open other then to take it to a shop and have it done.
