Car turning off by itself!!

Has anyone ever had their car just suddely shut off? I'm not talking about stalling, but just shutting off, as if the key were turned, but it wasn't. This has happened on my 99' Contour LX twice now. we took it to a shop after the 1st time, and he tested it for 3 days, and found nothing wrong. Any suggestions?

I had this happen,
one of the positive leads off the battery was shorting to the chasis.

Maybe its just a short or your ingition on the way out.
