If you could be more descriptive with the problem I might be able to help more, but one common problem that I know of is that the pre-cat blows out and plugs the exhaust, and the car will have no power, also have someone check the plug wires and fuel filter (I found a few contours that I have worked on have had little dried up bits of factory sealant clogging the filter)
