I would want to find out where it was leaking from first though. Why just throw a bunch of parts at it?
If you still have some pressure in the system, run the system for a short while, turn the car off, take a spray bottle of soapy water and spray everything down and watch for bubbles.
Easy way to tell if you have enough pressure in the system? If the a/c clutch will engauge, even for a short while, you have just enough.
One better, if you took it to someone that knew what they were doing, they would have used a dye to detect the leak. If this was the case, then you should be able to run a black light over the parts of the a/c system and find the source of the leak.
I would just hate to see ya throw a bunch of parts at this thing. That is unless you was shown that both the accum and dryer where leaking. If you were not shown, then I would check them myself. More often then not, a/c systems fail due to a leak at a line couplen. The o-ring rots or cracks and allows the system to leak down. Problem with a/c systems is that when your refrigerent leaks out, so does a portion of the oil for the compressor.
If I knew that I would be able to make it over in the next two weeks, I would be happy to lend a hand. I have to get Rich his headlights that I got for him, so maybe we can work something out. Have to talk it over with the boss first though. I might have my car out of the damn shop by then!!!

Hey Eric! Didn't you say something about a meet the other day in another thread???

Good luck!
