Went out to start the car the other morning, and when I turned the key a fog horn went off! Damn moose! The car would not start on that turn of the key, but the next turn it did like nothing happened. Is this the normal course of events for moosing, or is this something different.

BTW, that was the first and only time it has ever done that. Otherwise it has always been a first turn starter.

IAC valve remove the muffler on the valve and see if the noise gets louder or changes pitch . if it does then take carb cleaner and spray inside the cap you just removed. if that doesnt help load ou and go to your ford dealer and buy a new valve. if youve got tools its a piece of cake to replace
