I just want to take this chance to let everyone know whats on my mind.
Path- thank you, you are a nice person, you actually answered the question without being a jerk about it.

I just havve to say that i am tired of everyone on this board replying by just saying "search." I know a lot of this stuff has been covered before, but thats no reason to be...for a lack of other words...rude to these newbies. People come to this message board to find info and, believe it or not, to talk to other people about their cars. I personally would like to talk to other people about my car, one on one so i can get the specific answers i want. Just yelling at someone by saying "hey, kid, search ya idiot" is not want i would like to see if i were a new ceg'er coming to this site. Try being polite for once, if all you have to post is "search for it", then don't bother posting it.

Sorry if im ranting here, but im getting kind of tired of it.

This board has been extremely helpful to me in the past, i dont want anyone to think im ungrateful.

If anyone would like an actual answer to any question, pm me. I may not know the answer, but im sure that i won't be a jerk about it.

First thing first buddy, I am first here to agree that all this "Search First" posts are useless and just plain bad. The time it takes someone to post that they could've just given an answer. Second, I don't believe I was being a jerk by my answer or the way my answer was given, I was simply pointing a newbie in the right direction. There are others here who would have simply said "Use the Search Link"
but I did not, analyze this first next time and save that argument for one of the people that always say that.
Thanks

Well, I often agree with the search posts because there are only so many "what's the best intake?" posts I can take. But when it's a simple yes/no question, there's really no point in not simply giving the answer IMHO.

I completely agree with you, but c'mon the answer is in a "sticky post" that never moves. All it takes is just a little effort. With just a little over 100 posts I consider myself a newbie too, but I won't ask a question where the answer is right there biting me. I'm not trying to be mean or rude or anything just getting my point accross as well. On a completely opposit note his questioned was answered and we all veered off completely so end of topic, i guess.
